Anne Lundberg, 57, has previously said that she has landed her dream house in Italy.

In “Bergfeldts”, the host shows a picture for the first time.

– That house is not terribly ugly. It’s absolutely beautiful, says Carina Bergfeldt and wonders how she and her husband Allan Lindfors got hold of it.

Anne Lundberg tells:

– No, but we wanted Italy and got some tips about this village in which we have bought the house and came there and just loved the village, loved the people and then we went on a house tour and got to see this house which is an art deco -House.

The TV profile loves that particular style.

– It is a fantastic house with a fantastic garden and a fantastic history. Both my husband and I felt that if we are not allowed to buy it, we will not buy a house, she says.

But with the house also came something a little unexpected.

– They were that there lived an elderly man in this house and he had a horse that got loose in the garden that had grown up in this garden, the garden is surrounded by a wall you could say, and he wanted to stay. Until he dies.

The plans for the house

So you got him in the bargain? wonders Carina Bergfeldt.

– Yes…, says Anne Lundberg and laughs.

So the man stays in the guest house and the horse in the garden.

Anne Lundberg and her husband were then able to renovate the house.

– So that’s how it happened. We bought a house with a man and a horse, say Lundberg and Carina Bergfeldt to the laughter of the audience.
