This is perhaps Apple’s best kept secret: the app Assistance Apple is indeed very useful, and not only for contacting the manufacturer’s support in the event of a problem. You can find there, relatively easily, all kinds of information and technical data sheets on its equipment and services.
Version 4.9 of the application available since this evening frankly opens the horizons of the app since it is now available in 118 new regions of the world, for a total of 173! In bulk, we can download and use Apple Support in Algeria, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Morocco, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Greece… Three new languages are also supported: Bulgarian , Croatian and Greek, i.e. 31 languages in all.
