A woman was detained by officials of the Scientific, Penal and Criminal Investigation Corps (Cicpc), in Portuguesa state, for not denouncing her brother-in-law, who sexually abused her seven-year-old son.
The event was recorded in the Turén municipality, an agricultural area of the Portuguesa state, last May. However, the scientific police received the complaint.
It was the victim’s grandmother who went to the Cicpc’s Acarigua municipal delegation. The woman accused TJ Gil Perdomo, alias el Toni, 25 years old, before the police authorities, assuring that she had raped the boy.
After receiving the report, a commission from the Coordination of Crimes Against Persons began the investigation of the case.
Finally, the agents managed to capture the alleged culprit. They also arrested a 25-year-old woman, identified as EARL
According to police reports, the little boy told his grandmother that he spoke to his mother about what happened with Gil Perdomo.
