Police discovered that in Manh’s pocket, there were six blue plastic bags inside containing 1,182 pink tablets in the form of modern medicines.
Initially, Manh admitted that the number of tablets mentioned above were synthetic drugs in the form of pink opium. These drugs were bought from Dong Ha city (Quang Tri), during the process of bringing them to Dong Hoi city, they were discovered and arrested by police forces.
The working group under the Traffic Police Division made a record of arresting people, temporarily seizing material evidences and means and handing them over to the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department of Quang Binh Provincial Police for further investigation.
