Al-Marsad newspaper: Artist Mohamed Abdo decided to file a lawsuit once morest singer Basma Bousil, because she sang the song “Al-Amaan” without asking him for permission or obtaining his approval.

Basma Bousil shared the song in her voice through her account on the social networking site, Instagram, and accompanied it with a comment: “This song was my father’s trip when he was driving me to university and he preferred to memorize it for me every morning. I felt its words until he died. Oh God, have mercy on my father and forgive him.”

This angered Mohamed Abdo, and prompted him to send a report to sue Basma Bousil for re-singing his song Places, without asking his permission and obtaining his approval.
