The actual apartment transaction volume in Seoul reached a maximum of 15,000 per month in 2020, and was around 4,000 per month until just before the exam registration in 2021.
Then, after the U.S. interest rate increase, transaction volume plummeted at the end of 2021, reaching a peak of 3,849 in June this year.
Accordingly, a reversal is occurring, with 826 new businesses opening in August, but 1,161 closures.
