Kochi: The Kerala High Court will today rule on a petition filed by actor Dileep seeking quashing of a case alleging conspiracy to endanger the probe team in the case of torturing the actress. If the case is not dismissed, the petition will be referred to the CBI, Justice Siyad Rehman said.
The case was registered once morest Dileep following the revelation of director Balachandra Kumar. The other accused are brother Anoop, brother – in – law TN Suraj, cousin Appu, friend Baiju Chengamanadu, Aluva hotel owner Sarath and Sai Shankar.
