What do the Silléen Dominique Touchard and the Belmontais Jean-François Thureau have in common? Love of cars. The two men have known and liked each other for several years. And when they meet, they talk “car” as the President of the Republic would say.
1765 pieces to collect!
“Hello Dom, my children gave me a “miniature” Peugeot 9X8 for Father’s Day. There are over 1765 pieces to collect! Can you do this for me? “. This is exactly what Jean-François told me,” says Dominique Touchard alias Toutouch’ for Les Silléens.
The tall blond responded favorably to the request from the Beaumont-sur-Sarthe dealership.

22 hours of assembly
“It took me 22 hours to assemble the 9X8. To do this kind of thing, you have to be patient,” emphasizes Dominique Touchard.
Recently, “Dom” traveled to Beaumont-sur-Sarthe to hand over the 9X8 to his friend from Belmont.
“Jean-François was over the moon and I was very happy to have pleased him,” says the Silléen.

For the record, Ludovic Robidas, mayor of Rouez, is in the process of assembling the same model at his home. “Courage Ludo! Your car will be ready for Christmas! », concludes Dominique with mischief.
