A man was arrested this Thursday in Nantes (France) as part of the investigation into the terrorist attack committed Monday evening in Brussels, according to information from the newspaper Ouest-France. Like the alleged perpetrator of the shooting, he would be of Tunisian origin and would have been intercepted in the Malakoff district.
Just like three other people, the individual would have received directly, a few minutes before the events which occurred in the Belgian capital, a video from the shooter who murdered two Swedish fans on Monday evening on the sidelines of the Euro football qualifying match between Belgium and Sweden. In the video, the suspect allegedly took responsibility for his actions.
According to the daily, the Belgian judicial authorities alerted the French domestic intelligence service. During the arrest, no firearm was found, but computer equipment was seized.
