Since the start of deliveries of the updated Lada Vesta at the end of May 2023, AvtoVAZ has been handing over incomplete cars to dealers, Aleksey Podshchekoldin, president of the Russian Auto Dealers Association (RoAD), chairman of the board of directors of BN-Motors, told reporters. It requires replacement of the fuel hose and reinstallation of the front bumper with subsequent repainting, says a top manager. As a result, out of approximately 300-400 Lada cars received by BN-Motors per month, only about 30% is immediately transferred to the client, Podshchekoldin concluded.
