Vienna – The Mayor of Traiskirchen, Andreas Babler, presented his program for the SPÖ member survey on Wednesday evening and did not splash out. On 28 pages it offers a wide range of topics from a 32-hour week with full wage compensation to basic child security and easier access to citizenship.
