Bank DKI provides a new money exchange service to meet the public’s cash needs during Eid 2024.
“The money exchange service provided by Bank DKI aims to make it easier for customers to prepare for cash needs during the Idul Fitri 2024 period,” said the Director of Technology and Operations and Acting Main Director (Plt.) of Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono.
A total of 15 branch offices are optimized to support this program from 1-5 April 2024. These branch offices include City Hall, Juanda, Mayor of Central Jakarta, Pintu Besar Selatan, Tanjung Priok, Mayor of North Jakarta, Matraman, Otista, Mayor East Jakarta, Mayor of South Jakarta, Mayor of West Jakarta, Permata Hijau, Pondok Indah Syariah, and Wahid Hasyim Syariah.
Apart from exchange services at branch counters, Bank DKI will also open Mobile Cash services at the Gelora Bung Karno Badminton Hall (Istora) from 28 to 31 March 2024. Services will be available from 08.00 WIB until finished.
For information, Bank Indonesia has prepared Money Eligible for Circulation (ULE) with a projection of IDR 197.6 trillion. This amount of money will be distributed by the bank through 449 mobile cash service points and 4,264 exchange service points, from March 15 to April 5 2024. (Z-11)
