The third Beijing Community Cup eight-a-side football match (hereinafter referred to as the “Community Cup”), which lasted for more than a month, came to a successful conclusion today. The University of Science and Technology Beijing team won the championship in the foreign group, the youth group championship was won by the Park Yuefu Community Team of Dongxiaokou Town, Changping District, and the middle-aged group champion was the Dongcheng District Jianguomen Street Team.

The “Community Cup” event aims to implement the “Healthy China 2030” Planning Outline, “China Football Reform and Development Overall Plan” and “Beijing Football Reform and Development Overall Plan”, aiming to promote football and further improve the health quality of citizens. This Community Cup brings together 234 teams from 16 administrative districts in Beijing, the Yanshan area and foreigners’ specially invited lineups, with 5,003 contestants.
As a major sports event that attracts the attention of the whole city, the “Community Cup” conveys not only the competition on the field, but also the enthusiasm of the public for participation and the burst of urban vitality.
