Smoking
The Minister of Public Health, Frank Vandenbroucke (Vooruit), aims for “a tobacco-free generation”, as reported by the VRT. To achieve this, a plan including several measures was developed. Among these is, in particular, an excise on liquids for electronic cigarettes. The amount will be 15 cents per milliliter. This measure will therefore increase the price of disposable electronic cigarettes.
