Actor Ben Affleck (“Gone Girl”) bought the property in 2018, around the same time he split from his first wife, Jennifer Garner. The then brand new and huge property in the Pacific Palisades cost him 19 million dollars.

In July, the 49-year-old married Jennifer Lopez, to whom he was previously engaged 20 years earlier. The two are now looking for a home that is big enough for the blended family: after all, Affleck has three children with Garner, Lopez has twins with Marc Anthony. That’s why Affleck is now selling his bachelor pad in California. Cost point: kalmost 30 million dollars.
