Big update for iMovie, with new Storyboard and Magic movie

Big update evening for Apple’s video editing and editing software. On iOS, iMovie, has a lot of new features in its 3.0 version. There are two new types of video projects: Magic Movie and Storyboard. 20 storyboard templates are offered (cooking, crafts, questions/answers, etc.) in which you can add, organize and group takes in the list of flexible takes.

Different types of framing are available, as well as storytelling techniques. The Magic Film function allows you to instantly generate personalized videos with titles, transitions and music: just select an album of photos or videos and say abracadabra. These files can then be shared by email or Messages.

On his side, Final Cut Pro is now fully optimized for the Mac Studio M1 Max and M1 Ultra). Version 10.6.2 of the application also knows how to identify data appearing more than once in the timeline with the use of highlighted shot pages. Machine learning improves voice clarity through the background noise level adjustment tool. Final Cut can also import Film Magique and Story-Board projects created with iMovie.
