Bio Green Energy Tech Public Company Limited (BIOTEC) or formerly Juthamarie Public Company Limited revealed that the Board of Directors Meeting No. 4/22, held on May 13, 2022, Juthamarine Company Limited ( which is a subsidiary holding 100 percent shares) will purchase shares of Thoradaw Co., Ltd. from C. & P. Co., Ltd. is a major shareholder of BIOTEC which holds shares in C. & P. Co., Ltd. 0.779 percent), 900,000 shares at a price of 7.70 baht per share, totaling 6,930,000 baht.
The Board of Directors has considered and is of the opinion that This transaction is reasonable in order to expand the Nasawee commercial business.
