When the fire broke out shortly after 8 p.m., attentive passers-by reacted immediately. They took bold action and fought the fire with everything they could find. With success! The Pregarten, Selker-Neustadt and Pregartsdorf fire brigades arrived at the scene shortly after the alarm went off and took over the post-extinguishing work. With a thermal imaging camera, the emergency services ensured that all embers were extinguished. ÖBB employees were alerted to ensure that there were no further dangers.
