Al-Shaalan said, in a video clip he posted on his account on the “Tik Tok” application: As long as he was released on bail, this means that his case is a case of use; Since the case is before the campaign, it means that he is being tried while he is free.
And he continued: Since the launch of the campaign, employment issues have become among the issues that necessitate arrest, according to the system. Thus, whoever was released before the campaign is not arrested until after the sentence becomes enforceable.
