Bruce Willis refuses to clone his ‘electronic twin’ |

Washington – American actor Bruce Willis’ agent has denied selling the rights to use his face in advertisements by creating an “electronic twin” to appear on screen instead.

This came following news circulated last week that Willis struck the first deal of its kind in the world to sell the rights to use his face to a deepfake company called Deep Cake.

A spokesperson for the actor confirmed to B. The BBC said that Bruce Willis “has no partnership or agreement” with the company in question.

But a spokesperson for Deep Cake said only Willis has the right to use his face.

Willis announced his permanent retirement from acting in March following being diagnosed with aphasia, a disorder that affects speech, speech and listening.
