On the last day (12), Renova received an important award. That’s because BTG Together took place, an event that brought together great market references in one of Oscar Niemeyer’s greatest architectural projects, the Pacubra. It all started with the music of Instituto Baccarelli, the first orchestra in the world to emerge in a favela.
Afterwards, Marcelo Flora invited André Esteves and João Scandiuzzi to the stage to talk about their perspectives on the future of investments. In addition to the financial market giants, there were lectures on Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Personal Development.

The event is dedicated to partner investment offices of BTG Pactual. For this reason, it has a tradition of bringing together the main names in the market in Brazil to provide a moment of professional training and networking.
On that occasion, Renova Invest advisor Cely Romero says that she represented the partners at a very important moment, when Renova Invest received the performance award.

Beyond the BTG award: the top 30 in Brazil
Showing that every place is a woman’s place, Cely Romero has also been selected among the top 30 investment advisors in Brazil in 2022. The Renova Invest advisor was selected by Citywire Brasil, through an enrollment campaign that was open from October to November.
Advisors who met the following criteria were analyzed: they work in an office with more than BRL 500 million in custody, have more than 5 years of experience in the financial market, have been advisors for at least one year and actually have a portfolio of clients .
