Delays, cancellations at the last moment, dropping travelers in the middle of the road… Every day, it’s the same hassle on part of the 1,600 lines Ile-de-France bus service. In Paris and in the inner suburbs, where the network is managed by the RATP, the degradation of the service has even taken on an unprecedented scale: “25% of the offer was not carried out in September”, concedes the company.
