Sergi Busquets refused to take a pay cut at Barcelona.
Previously reportedthat talks with the 34-year-old midfielder about a pay cut needed to sign up rookies are deadlocked.
Moreover, Busquets intends to play out the current contract to the end and then leave not only Barcelona, but also complete his performances in the Spanish national team.
Busquets has been playing for the Barcelona first team since 2008.
Before information appeared that MLS teams want to try and sign Busquets as a free agent in 2023.
