The association of the church of Campuzan and its heritage, recently created, proposes a concert of harmonium in the church, on Friday August 19, at 9 p.m. In December 2021, the local harmonium, a “Dumont-Lelièvre”, old and equipped with a rather rare system called harmoniphrase, was refurbished. Thus, a complete cleaning, the deoxidation of the metal parts or, even, the replacement of the missing parts gave it a new youth. This is one of the objectives of the nascent association. It intends to promote the instrument and, another objective, to restore the crosses of the village. In order to highlight the qualities of the harmonium, the administrators of the association, (including, here in photo, Francis Juvany, vice-president; Thierry Lestrade, secretary; Dominique Somprou, president; Guy Fontan, member; Jean- Louis Ibanez, treasurer) offer a concert performed by Antoine Giovannini, professional organist, harmoniumist holder of the parish instrument since January 2022. This evening will also allow you to hear a spinet, a kind of small harpsichord. On the program: baroque and romantic music from the 17th to the 19th century (Jean-Baptiste Lully, Jean-Henri d’Anglebert, Louis-Claude d’Aquin and César Franck). Admission: free participation.
That same evening, in front of the church, the association is also organizing its first night market with local producers. If the experiment proves conclusive, it will be developed in the future. Registration of producers at 06.64.04.54.37.

Saturday 20 August, at 2.30 p.m., pétanque competition (doubles, €150 + entries); tapas evening (€8) with the Caribbean disco. On Sunday 21, at 10:30 a.m., mass followed by a ceremony in front of the war memorial and municipal aperitif hosted by the Harmony of Sentous.
