The Telecommunications Regulatory Agency (ART) sanctioned the four operators present in Cameroon, inflicting on them, on May 25, a global fine of 6 billion CFA francs (9.1 million euros). Orange receives the heaviest sentence with 3.3 million euros. It is followed by Nexttel (2.4 million euros), MTN (2.1 million euros) and the incumbent operator Camtel (1.2 million euros).
