Kochi: Kavya Madhavan may not be questioned today in the case of attacking the actress. Kavya, who was in Chennai, reached her house in Aluva last night but the probe team did not elaborate on the matter. Kavya has informed that she will be home at 2 pm.
Kavya was issued a notice for questioning on Monday but was told she was uncomfortable. Kavya informed that Padma Sarovar in Aluva will be at home at 2 pm today. But the Crime Branch disagrees with the suggestion of questioning at home. Yesterday evening too, the crime branch had asked Dileep’s lawyers whether Kavya would move out of the house and reach another place. But the answer was that Kavya might not get out of the house. The crime branch has not yet made a clear decision on whether to interrogate Kavya at home. Dileep’s brother Anoop’s sister and husband Suraj have been issued notices to appear but they are unlikely to appear for questioning.
