It was through Instagram, where his brother identified as Cubby released a brief statement lamenting the departure of his family member. He also explained the reasons why he died.

It should be remembered that Cat was a 31-year-old singer from Washington, United States, and in 2022 her life began to change because a small lump was detected in her neck, which turned out to be sarcoma, a type of cancer that appears in bones and tissues such as muscles.

The woman underwent exhaustive treatment and managed to overcome the disease, but at the beginning of 2024 she announced to her fans that she was sick again and that this time the condition was much more complicated than the previous time.

Cat Janice died due to terminal cancer and on Instagram her brother gave a brief message lamenting her departure.
