“The lesson I take from this is that inside your soul and your head, you have to be free. Mental health is important. Young people are under such pressure that it sometimes becomes too much. And through a cloud of emotions, questions, chaos, thoughts, you see nothing around you until everything goes black. Sometimes it has to go through something for you to dig deep within your soul to see how you can bring everything back into balance. Your own mind and thoughts can be the most dangerous weapons if you don’t put them into perspective. Let go of all those who try to diminish you”writes Chayenne Van Aarle on Instagram.
