China has promised the European Union that it will not provide Russia with military support and help to circumvent Western sanctions. About this, referring to the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Josep Borrell, writes “TVNZ” on Tuesday, April 5th.
“China has assured that it does not plan to provide Russia with military assistance and help in circumventing sanctions,” Borrell said.
At the same time, the EU representative added that China could help Russia without the knowledge of the European Union.
