The National Social Security Fund (CNSS) and the National Council of the Order of Notaries of Morocco (CNONM) signed, on April 19, a partnership agreement relating to the payment by the CNONM of the contributions of notaries under the regime of Compulsory Health Insurance (AMO).
Under this agreement, which was initialed by the Director General of the CNSS, Hassan Boubrik and the President of the National Order of Notaries of Morocco, Hicham Sabiri, the CNONM is responsible for paying the contributions of its members to the AMO and will pay at the beginning of each year, for the benefit of the CNSS, a global amount representing the annual contributions of the Notaries concerned. In a statement to the press, Hassan Boubrik maintained that the Order undertakes through this agreement to pay all the contributions relating to Compulsory Health Insurance (AMO) for all these members, stressing that this concerns 1,775 notaries. across the Kingdom. The payment of these contributions by the National Order of Notaries will allow all of these members to have their right open and to benefit without interruption from all the services of the AMO, he continued, noting that this approach is in line with the High Guidelines of HM King Mohammed VI.

For his part, Hicham Sabiri indicated, in a similar declaration, that this signature was made on the initiative and at the request of the National Order of Notaries, on the sidelines of the decision taken by the Council of the National Order. The notariat as an institution, through its Order, is part of all the orientations and major strategies initiated by HM the King, in particular the generalization of the social protection system, he added, stressing that this convention comes to relieve the cash flow of the studies of the notaries by supporting their monthly contribution.
