The case dates back to March 2023. The father explains that during an extracurricular activity managed by an employee of the town hall, his daughter was in tears. Her teacher sends her to the principal’s office to find out why she is crying.
The child explains that she was the victim of touching but the director did not contact the parents, explains the father. According to him, the director called the municipal manager in charge of after-school activities, who questioned her daughter for information.
It is this manager who will contact the young girl’s parents to inform them of the situation. “ We come to pick up our daughter after school, but no sign of the principal » explains the father to BFM. The events took place on Friday and you had to wait until Monday morning to have an appointment with the after-school municipal director.
A complaint is then filed. The director cannot be reached and parents have to wait until Tuesday afternoon to meet her. The meeting produces nothing because the director is “ really defensive ».
The child’s father still sends an email to the director, copying the rectorate. He denounces “ the failure to take into account the very serious situation encountered” by her daughter, “following the repeated touching she suffered ».
It indicates that the management did not respect the actions to be taken in the event of offenses in the school environment. He emphasizes that the director contacted neither the police nor the parents. “ I am deeply shocked, but even more stunned by the lightness and casualness you show, not only towards my daughter but also towards all the students of the establishment and the parents’ associations of the school. students », he writes.
