In the midst of political tension with the Buenos Aires government, Cristina Kirchner took advantage this Tuesday of a meeting with deputies and senators from the Frente de Todos to advance with everything against Horacio Rodriguez Larreta and without mentioning it, he proposed “rethinking a little” the issue of the autonomy of the Buenos aires city.
It was in the Senatebehind closed doors, without cell phones and during a meeting that brought together more than a hundred pro-government legislators, where the former President spoke of “a political police” that according to his interpretation “has taken over the security of the streets” of the City. Thus, the former president charged against the Buenos Aires security forces for the operation during the march last Saturday in front of her home in Recoletawhich ended with injuries and arrests.
With a full audience and escorted by the president of the Chamber of Deputies, Cecilia Moreau, and the heads of the blocks of Deputies, Germán Martínez, and Senators, José Mayans, in addition to the fielders Anabel Fernández Sagasti and Paula Penacca, the vice president launched a strong offensive against the City and also attacked the head of the PRO, Patricia Bullrich.
At the beginning of his 20-minute message, he questioned the “incomprehensible” fence that the City Police had last Saturday in front of the building on Juncal and Uruguay streets, where he lives, and which caused the Kirchnerist organizations to decide to move the different acts that were planned in squares from the City to Recoleta as a sign of rejection of the decision of the Buenos Aires Government.
“I wanted to raise it in this area of the Legislative Power of the Argentine Republic, I think we also have to rethink a bit the issue of this blessed City of Buenos Aires, which is the capital of all Argentines,” he slipped before deputies and senators.
And immediately he added: “This must be rethought. That was not the only time he charged against Bullrich since he also recalled that the former Security Minister issued a tweet celebrating the request for 12 years in prison for the Vialidad case, which according to his interpretation represents a “stigmatization of 12 years of government “Kirchnerist.
