Spokesman of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov, quoted by TASS, says that Russian President V. Putin is very active, so he does not sit in a bunker and does not use the services of second-in-commands at public events.

“You may have heard that Putin has a lot of underlings working for him while he sits in a bunker. A lie. You see the kind of president we have. It is indeed mega active as it was and still is. We can barely keep up with him, those of us who work close to him. One can only envy his energy, one can only wish him health,” D. Peskova is quoted as saying.

He assures that V. Putin never sat in “any bunkers”. According to D. Peskov, this information is an “absolute lie”.

According to the German newspaper “Bild”, V. Putin actively uses deputies during various public events.

According to the distinctive features of his appearance (the shape of the chin, lips, nose, eyelids and ears), the journalists found that the real Putin meets with the leaders of foreign countries, and when he travels around the country, he usually sends deputies to meet with ordinary citizens.

The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Oleksiy Danilov, also says that V. Putin has deputies. This information is also confirmed by the Supreme Intelligence Board of Ukraine.
