Dave’s 50th birthday will remain forever engraved in his memory. As he returns home following a restaurant outing with his wife and daughter, he discovers a mound of nearly 240 Jupiler beers stacked in front of his home.
He, who runs the well-known “Carrera” café in the region, had in fact stopped “pulling pints following 25 years”, as explained by Newspaper. “Davy opened a pub when he was 24. An activity where everything was possible and permitted,” explains a relative.
So, around 30 of his former bar colleagues came up with a plan to celebrate Dave’s 50th birthday in an original way. “They built a big rampart in front of his house with beer bins. All attached with zip ties. He’ll have fun taking it apart! » says Renate, a friend.
Dave hadn’t seen it coming: “I suspected something but this… I don’t know what to say.”
