* At 15: in the main auditorium, Neuquén cooks with Tierra del Fuego. Chefs: Sebastián Larrahona (Tierra del Fuego) and Guillermo Ponce de Leon (Neuquén).
* At 16.15. Neuquén cooks with Río Negro. Chefs: Pablo Quivent (Bariloche) and Sol Althabegoiti, (Neuquén).
* At 17.30. Neuquén cooks with Córdoba. Chefs: Juan Cruz Galetto (Córdoba) and Gonzalo Niño Gómez (Neuquén).
* At 18.45. Neuquén cooks with Chile. . . . Chefs: Nicholas Alfaro, Marco Cuevas, Hernan Calfin.
At 8:00 p.m. Official opening of the 1st edition of the National Festival of the Patagonian Chef.
* At 20.30. Master class with chef Dolli Irigoyen.
* At 10 pm the closing will be with a musical show in the gourmet food court. Reggaeniaa and Les Chikoy are introduced.
Saturday May 6
Space for the Seal of Distinction of Neuquén Gastronomy.
* At 1:00 p.m.: Master classes in cooking Seal of Distinction of Neuquén Gastronomy and producers. Chefs: José Ortuño, Carlos Velázquez and Nahuel Sepúlveda.
* At 2:30 p.m. In it main auditoriumNeuquén cooks with Buenos Aires. Chefs: Cristian Ponce (Buenos Aires) and Jorgelina Esper (Neuquén).
* At 15.45. Neuquén cooks with Salta. . . . Chefs: Tupac Guantay (Salta) and Ezekiel Gonzalez, (Nqn).
* At 17. Neuquén cooks with Chubut. Chefs: Paula Chiaradia (Chubut) and Pablo Buzzo Ambassador of Neuquén Gastronomy.
* At 18.15. Neuquén cooks with Chaco. Chefs: Alina Ruiz, (Chaco) and Emmanuel Antimi, (Villa la Angostura).
* At 7:30 p.m. Neuquén cooks with Chile.
* At 20.30. Cooking Masterclass with Christophe Kriwonys and closure of the classroom space.
* At 10 pm there will be a musical show in the gourmet food court with Toby Villa and Flamin.Go!
