Revocation of decorations for Hannah Lessing and others

Vienna (OTS) – In an open letter, the President of the National Council is asked to check whether, in accordance with Federal Law Gazette 128/2001 § 8a, the following people should be stripped of their decorations:

As a result of the Washington Agreement, the Republic set up a Compensation Fund for Victims of National Socialism (Fund), to which an arbitration board for in rem restitution was subordinate.

Stephan Templ submitted an application on behalf of his mother, on the basis of which the law professors of the arbitration panel recommended restitution in 2006. Six years later, the same professors criminalized the application and used slander to deprive Stephan Templ of his freedom and fortune.

A “syndicate” of heir researchers, notaries and lawyers had been trying to get hold of the money for years. The hereditary researcher Herbert Gruber, who calls himself “Vulture”, threatened Stephan Templ’s life, Templ’s mother was covered with malicious lawsuits, but only thanks to the slander of the law professors and using Templ’s aunt, Elisabeth Kretschmer, did he get hold of it Prey:

The latter had not submitted an application for restitution in a timely manner and had therefore forfeited all opportunities to have something restituted. The Compensation Fund Act is a lex specialis, applicants have no legal claim, legal action is excluded, restitution – according to the law – has nothing in common with inheritance proceedings. Successful applicants on time do not have to share with those who arrived too late – such as Kretschmer (OGH 50b88/ 15z). A hopeless situation for the “syndicate” if it weren’t for Hannah Lessing and the law professors Aicher and Reinisch.

These helped the “syndicate” or the used aunt to make money in violation of the law. They slandered Stephan Templ, illegally claiming that applicants had to name other possible applicants, i.e. that Templ should have named Kretschmer. In accordance with the law, this was not asked for in the application form.

With the help of this lie, the charge of serious fraud against Templ was constructed and was successful with the compliant judiciary. What is unique is that judge Sonja Weis explained in the verdict why it was not fraud. She reasoned that Templ had not broken any laws, but nevertheless sentenced him to three years in prison for serious fraud against the Republic of Austria. Simply submitting an application for restitution is an “indication” of greed.

The appeals court spoke of being in a “dilemma”: Templ had not broken any laws, had not harmed anyone – but was still blackmailing him: either he gave money to his aunt – who had no claims against him or his mother – or he would go to jail Jail.

Hannah Lessing, descendant of an “Ariseur”, was the organizer of this show trial. She couldn’t wait for Templ to go behind bars and after his release from prison she complained in a press release – without even being a party to the proceedings – that no money had still been paid. Law professor Aicher also became angry and demanded to see Templ’s applications for reopening, even though he was not a party to the proceedings.

To round things off, it should be mentioned that the aunt, Aicher and the Lessing fund were represented by the same lawyer.

Stuart Eizenstat, the US negotiator on the Washington Agreement, called the persecution of Templ “not explicable”. Justice Minister Zadic defended her. She defended the fact that a person without the law is put behind bars, she defended Judge Weis’ anti-Jewish findings. The Foreign Ministry agitated against Templ worldwide.

Other applicants to the compensation fund did not end up behind bars, but had to endure having their applications rejected by Aicher and Reinisch, citing Nazi laws.

The country’s elite have learned nothing from history, but they have also not forgotten how to be there when a Jew is put behind bars without the law in order to be able to rob him more conveniently.
