Ingredients

For the sponge cake:

5 eggs Essence of vanilla 120 g of chewing brown sugar 130 g of 0000 flour 10 g of corn starch.

For the 3 milks:

200 g of traditional dulce de leche 200 g of milk 200 g of milk cream.

For the coverage:

250 g of milk cream 2 tbsp. heaped with brown sugar chewed Essence of vanilla Ground cinnamon.

Elaboration

Grease and flour a mold (this recipe is for a 20cm mold). Preheated oven 180 degrees, 25 minutes. Beat the eggs with the sugar until letter point, add the essence and the dry ingredients.
