Flip the pancake to the other side and brown slightly. Bake all the pancakes this way. Remove butter beforehand and leave at room temperature. Beat soft butter until white and add boiled condensed milk in parts, without ceasing to beat. Put the pancake on a plate, grease with a cream of condensed milk and butter (if you wish, you can sprinkle the cream with chopped nuts or chocolate), cover with a second pancake, cream on top, etc. Decorate the assembled cake to your liking (nuts, chocolate chips, berries, fruits , whipped cream, etc.) and let it brew for a while.

If desired, chopped dried fruits, raisins, poppy seeds can be added to the dough.

And you can double the amount of dough, divide into several parts and add multi-colored dyes to each. For such a cake, a white cream is ideal, for example, from curd cheese, powdered sugar and heavy cream.
