Tariq Nassar, director of Tala Central Hospital in Menoufia Governorate, revealed the last moments before the death of the young doctor, “Ihab Sobhi Diab”, in the Anesthesia Department.

Nassar said that a medical team was preparing to perform a caesarean section for a woman by preparing the operating room, at which time Ihab Sobhi went to the hospital housing for the evening prayer.

Nassar added, in exclusive statements to “Masrawy”, that after the young doctor performed the evening prayer, he felt tired and sat on the chair inside the residence, among his colleagues in Al-Nubatjia.

The hospital director confirmed that the late doctor had a good biography and a special love in the hearts of his colleagues.

Nassar pointed out that the hospital issued a report proving the incident, and a health inspector attended to examine the doctor, confirming that it was a natural death.

Tala Central Hospital witnessed the death of an anesthesiologist, Ihab Sobhi Diab, 37, at Tala Central Hospital, while performing his shift work, at 7:30 pm yesterday, Wednesday.

Dr. Faisal Gouda, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Menoufia Governorate, said, in exclusive statements to “Masrawy”, that the young man prayed the evening prayer and then God passed away, suggesting that the death was due to a sudden heart attack he suffered.

In the same context, the Health Directorate mourned the young doctor and said: With great sadness and sorrow, Prof. Dr. Faisal Mahmoud Joudeh, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Menoufia, and the leaders of the Directorate, extend their sincere condolences and sympathy on the death of the late, God willing, the martyr of duty, Dr. Ihab Sobhi Diab, anesthesiologist resident At Tala Central Hospital, while performing his shift work in the hospital, we asked God Almighty to bless him with his mercy and inspire his relatives patience and solace.
