Al-Marsad newspaper: The General Court in Riyadh ruled in favor of a real estate owner to return 5 million riyals to him, which represents the added value of real estate following its emptying and transfer of ownership.

According to Okaz, the case details are that the real estate owner sold a group of lands and residential buildings 14 months ago with different areas, at which time he paid the buyers 5 million riyals of value-added fees; And when buyers demanded to recover the value-added fees paid, for payment.

After that, the property owner resorted to the judiciary and issued a ruling obligating the buyers to return the 5 million riyals, and the ruling was final.
