Details of the ruling to annul the marriage contract of a female citizen in Jeddah after two years of marriage for not having intercourse

Al-Marsad newspaper: The Personal Status Court in Jeddah issued a ruling to annul the marriage of a female citizen following two years of married life for not having intercourse, as she is still a virgin.

Lawyer Rabab Al-Moabi said; The plaintiff’s attorney said that her client had filed a case with the Personal Status Court in Jeddah, claiming an annulment of the marriage, and the circuit considered the case and ascertained that there was nothing to prevent the defendant from cohabitation in the natural way, so it ruled for the annulment of the marriage without compensation, according to the foregoing.

Muabi emphasized; One of the goals of marriage is intercourse, as marriage is intended to enjoy, horse, and the offense of offspring, and for that he came from the obstacle, on the authority of the Prophet – may God bless him and grant him peace – he said:
