Al-Marsad newspaper: An American woman named Maria Silvia revealed the real reason behind the brown line that had grown on her nails for 10 years, noting that she was shocked following learning that she had skin cancer.
She explained that she noticed the mark on her nails for the first time in 2012, when it was a light color and soft borders, which later developed into a strong brown line over the course of regarding a year.
She added: “I had no pain in the nail and thought it was a mole because that’s what they told me. My friend really pushed me to get a biopsy, and in late January, I found out it was a secondary carcinoma.
