The New York Giants are renewing with a top performer on defense: nose tackle Dexter Lawrence has signed a new contract. While the Giants did not reveal any details about the terms of the working paper, according to ESPN, it is a four-year, $90 million contract, with $60 million guaranteed. This makes Lawrence the third highest-paid D-liner in the NFL. Last season, the 25-year-old had 7.5 sacks and earned his first Pro Bowl call-up, becoming the Giants’ first defensive lineman since Jason Pierre-Paul in 2012.
