Through his social networks, the director of the National Tax and Customs Directorate (Dian), Luis Carlos Reyes, announced a job call aimed at people with aspirations to access administrative careers within the entity.

The entity is undergoing a strengthening process and in its strategy it seeks to renew the talent available in management positions.
In total there are 14 vacancies available for management positions, in the Type I Sectional Management, Type II Sectional Management and Type III Sectional Management divisions.
“At Dian we want to have the best talent and the greatest commitment to the country in the sectional directions of the entity. I highlight and value the work of the people who have led these sectional directorates up to now. I am confident that this call, which is part of the management renewal at DIAN, will build on the contributions they have made”Reyes said on his Twitter account.

To apply for the positions, interested persons must send their resume to the Dian, adjusted to the requirements of the Manual of Functions of the position to which they aspire, to the mail [email protected].
Those selected will have to go through an evaluation process, in which aptitudes, reliability and performance will be measured: “As in any human talent selection process, candidates will submit knowledge, managerial skills, and reliability tests. And, of course, they will be interviewed by senior management”.
