The first vice president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, demanded that the Government of Argentina immediately return the Venezuelan Emtrasur cargo plane that is being held in Buenos Aires.
“It is a Venezuelan plane, hijacked by Argentina, by the government of Alberto Fernández, with all the intention of seizing a property of all Venezuelans,” he denounced in his usual Monday press conference.
“We do not demand anything more than that it complies with international law,” he said.
The leader reiterated that the plane is “kidnapped by the Fernández government, which is solely responsible for what happens with that Venezuelan plane, which was not full of weapons or endangering anyone, on the contrary, they endangered the lives of the crew by denying them fuel,” he explained.
“We do not understand what is the cruelty once morest Venezuela. We know that it is an order from imperialism, then a judicial order comes from Miami (USA), and they are ready to comply, but they do not want to comply with international law”, he pointed out.
For Cabello, what happens with Alberto Fernández is that he does nothing to restore international law in the case of Venezuelan goods, it is consistent with the “lukewarmness” of his government.
