A new business has just lifted its curtain in the heart of the Grisettes district. At table !
In the Plaza hall, a new stall has recently opened, which offers two different specialties, allowing lunch by offering tastes with exotic flavors, thanks to a small sandwich, the Gua Bao, a dish of Taiwanese origin. Made with soft bread, usually steamed, and topped with braised meat, vegetables and savory condiments.
The other dish, the poke bowl, a Hawaiian specialty, is more traditional, made with sushi rice, raw fish and fresh vegetables and homemade sauce. Prepared with raw fish, tuna or salmon, which can be enhanced with other proteins such as grilled chicken, marinated tofu or shrimp. Fresh vegetables to bring color and flavor.
Sesame seeds, crispy seaweed, fried onions, the assortment is endless. A sauce of your choice to season your poke bowl, soy sauce, ponzu sauce, or light lemon vinaigrette for example.
