The effect of vitamin D deficiency on the nerves

He revealed that vitamin D deficiency in the body results from many reasons, most notably:

Decreased exposure to sunlight.

Follow a vitamin D-free diet.

Having dark skin, because the low percentage of melanin pigment in it makes the body less vitamin D when exposed to sunlight.

Liver and kidney disease.
