Pastor Mike Kalambay and his ex-wife Penielle Nsamba have been at war for several years today. The resurgence of the soap opera three weeks ago by Penielle Nsamba has put enormous fire on the man of God but also on the already very divided body of Christ.
In a statement received by our editorial staff this Saturday, April 13, the Congolese musician buried the hatchet to deal with the problem as a family.
“Beloved in the Lord, dear Internet users from all sides, I come through this post to tell you my desolation for the inconvenience you have witnessed over the last 3 weeks. I remain convinced that whatever the problem, we can resolve it within the family and I will do everything possible to ensure that you no longer have to experience such a spectacle,” he wrote.
Mike Kalambay promises to fix the flaws at the root of the catastrophe for the good of all parties. “I love my children deeply and I believe that their mother does, and I have no intention of depriving her of her rights. If there has been a malfunction in the past, I will resolve it as much as possible to preserve everyone’s peace of mind.”
For his fans and admirers who take his part on social networks, Mike Kalambay asks for a little indulgence towards his ex wife. “To those who defend me on social media, I know that it is from the heart and out of compassion that you do it and I am very grateful. However, I will ask you not to denigrate, insult or slander because this does not fit with my beliefs and only amplifies the situation,” he asked.
On the side of his detractors, Mike Kalambay gets down on one knee to demand a ceasefire. The man of God admits to having imperfections but asks his tormentors for a measure of clemency.
“I know that I am not perfect, believe me, I understand all your cries and I can assure you that I have death in my soul in the face of all the denigrations and insults that I endure all day long. Take the time to ask me the question, maybe you will understand my situation better,” he told his detractors.
For the married women cited by Penielle Nsamba as Kalambay’s girlfriends, the latter declares: “To all those whose names have been innocently mentioned, I ask you to find a place in your hearts to forgive this error. I don’t dare put myself in your place or that of your families and spouses, I am deeply sorry.”
In conclusion, Mike Kalambay asks all brothers and sisters not to keep him away from divine service. “Since my early childhood, I have been in church and I do not know what to serve, for a period I have had the impression that everything is taking me away from the church. I beg you, don’t deprive me of the only thing I know that keeps me going: serving the church. I hope that these few words will calm your anger, I am only trying to do better without intending to cause harm,” he concluded.
