Al-Marsad newspaper: The Egyptian naval captain, Sameh Sayed Shaaban, a graduate of the Jordan Naval Academy, died in the accident of the commercial boat he was working on sank in the Indian Ocean while on his way to Libya a week ago.
For his part, his friend, Muhammad Salih, said that the missing captain, after graduating, had to get a one-year training opportunity at sea, so he worked on a Syrian ship and things were going well.

He continued: “The quantities of water increased sharply and the ship began to sink on July 12, forcing the captain to lower the lifeboat for the crew members to leave the ship before it sank.”
