At first glance, there is no clear difference between the Cybertruck that arrived at the plant and the original 2019 prototype, so it could be the same.

Reddit users they shared This Friday images of a recent visit by the Tesla Cybertruck to the Giga Texas factory in Austin (USA), where the prototype of the electric vehicle will soon go to the mass production stage, informs Teslarati.com.

The company’s CEO Elon Musk himself confirmed the news via a Twitter comment, noting that he drove the truck around the huge construction complex.

The Cybertruck was first unveiled in its concept state in November 2019. Since then, the prototype has only appeared on rare occasions, while Tesla has used this time to perfect it.

Earlier, Musk mentioned that the Cybertruck’s adaptive air suspension was updated. The possibility of making the vehicle smaller was also raised, but the mogul scrapped the idea after a design review in May 2020.

At first glance, there isn’t a glaring difference between the Cybertruck that arrived at Gigafactory Texas and the original 2019 prototype, so it could be the same. This is mainly due to the presence of handles on the doors, a feature that will not be present in the final model, according to assured Musk.

The Tesla Cybertruck, an all-electric pickup with a futuristic silhouette and a maximum range of 800 kilometers, is one of the most anticipated vehicles in the company’s history. Production is expected to start in late 2021 or early 2022.
